Day 5 of 80-Day Challenge

5.    What is your favorite healthy food? 

I have no idea! There are so many…teas of all kind, smoothies made with Greek yoghurt and greens and fruit, homemade muffins and banana bread, pickled veggies and sushi are probably my favorites :)

Today’s intake:

Breakfast - Green tea with lemon

                 Small slice of homemade lemon bread and and little bit of light cream

                 cheese

Lunch - Green tea with mint

           1 peach

           Tomato juice

           Salad with romaine, raw veggies, chickpeas and avocado

Dinner - Vegetable and barley soup

Snack - Frozen blueberries

            Strawberries

Still 112.5. Have class today, so I’ll going to take a 20 minute walk with pup later and do 30 minutes of ab and back focused Pilates :)
